Ottumwa Symphony Orchestra is Looking for 2024 “Divas Who Dish” Participants

The Ottumwa Symphony Orchestra (OSO) is looking for ‘Celebrity Chef’ participants for the Annual “Divas Who Dish” event at Bridge View Center on April 6. Below are a few important details:

• Each chef is asked to prepare 300 sample-size servings of their favorite recipe in one of the following categories:  a. Pre-Dining (soup/appetizer/salad/side-dish), b. Entree, or c. Dessert.  
• Each chef will be allowed up to one assistant (male or female). This assistant will be your guest. 
• Judging standards consist of taste, originality and presentation.
• Outstanding chefs in each food category will be selected by professional judges. In addition, a “People’s Choice” award will be selected by a vote of all those attending.

All profits from this event go to fund the presentation of concerts and youth concerts for the Ottumwa Symphony Orchestra organization.
